Automata is building a world class Company and disrupting the Automation industry with Eva, the first low cost high functioning Industrial Automation Robot. We are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives to join us on our journey and help enhance our customers businesses.
We’re building a game-changing product, and what we’re doing here is going to redefine what it is to ‘work’. When you represent us, you’re representing and conveying that message.
What will you be doing?:
- Prospecting and working on opportunities across the Manufacturing, Chemical and Metal, Plastics & Electronics industries
- Moving qualified customers through to purchase
- Building sales plays in our existing markets plus exploring new potential markets
- Strategic analysis of the market, identifying commercial opportunities for Automata
Here’s what we’d like to see in you:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience - this is not a junior role
- Sales experience in a technology-oriented field where the product is technical and where an element of customer education is involved
- Experience managing a sales CRM to generate reports and provide insights on sales activity
- Startup experience is essential for success in this role
- Experience qualifying leads, segmenting inbound interest and prospecting for leads for outbound sales
- Experience managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment
- Ability to execute a sales process, discovery and qualification abilities plus an intellectual curiosity to solve our customers problems
- Ability to execute a sales methodology
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with marketing and engineering teams
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English with top quality spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Productivity Suite
- Empathy, you’re a good listener and passionate about solving customer problems
