Automata has created a brand new category of robotics and with it we're disrupting whole industries, redefining what it means to ‘work’. We have lots of happy customers, a rapidly growing partner ecosystem and huge growth plans. As such, we’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our marketing team to help us share our story with the world. 

As Automata’s Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating and publishing compelling content (written, video, webinar, social) that builds awareness, educates and helps turn potential customers into happy customers. Your ultimate mission will be to help build our online presence to ensure Automata and our customers success stories are found everywhere that our potential customers are. 

What will you be doing?

  • Researching industry trends, insights expertise to create compelling thought leadership content
  • Working with our internal team of technical and product experts and ecosystem partners to create high impact educational content
  • Creating and publishing our customer’s success stories
  • Co-creating and owning delivery of Automata's 2021 content calendar
  • Maintaining, optimising and sharing our growing library of assets across multiple platforms and channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the impact of your work
  • Help capture and coedefy Automata’s tone of voice as we mature

What will you bring to the role? 

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role with a desire to work in fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience with basic video and photo editing
  • Ability to manage several projects at once, prioritise and see idea through from conception to completion
  • Confidence managing a CMS (ideally Wordpress)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • You’re knowledgeable and passionate about technology 
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present ideas in clear and logical way to excite and align colleagues
  • A creative desire to experiment, to try new approaches and get hands-on with the robot
