We meet labs where they are on their automation journey and are the trusted partner to customers including trusts within the NHS, bit.bio and The Francis Crick Institute. We are also supporting advancements across Core Testing Labs, Academic Institutes, CDMOs, Pharma’s and Biotech’s.
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer whose mission is to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine lab automation user experiences.

You will be responsible for:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions
Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, developers, UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements
Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
Create detailed flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the user experience
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes
What it takes:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
Significant proven experience as a UX designer with a robust portfolio showcasing design excellence
Deep-seated knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and enable consensus
Experience leading and mentoring junior designers
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an appetite for solving complex/ambiguous problems
