The People team get to interact with every single part of Automata’s organisation. We have a really special and unique insight into the highs and lows of life at Automata and the privilege of being able to influence some key parts of that experience for our people.
More specifically, every member of the ‘People Team’ is highly authentic and manages the balance between having a very sensitive and serious role in the business, with having a great deal of fun and finding joy in the day-to-day.

For this reason, we’ve built processes that encourage transparency, flexibility and trust, and we’re not afraid to hold each other accountable to high levels of quality and areas of improvement as we continue to grow.
