We work with labs across the world to understand their specific workflows and needs and develop personalized solutions that range from diagnostic, and drug discovery to synthetic biology. Our LINQ platform allows us to simplify everyday automation tasks, while supporting more advanced paths for specialized workflows, in a fast, flexible, and cost-efficient way.
We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist whose mission is to be efficient and proactive in managing inventory, coordinating low volume logistics and ensuring the ERP system remains consistently accurate.

Automata is experiencing significant growth in the US. As workloads increase, it is essential to meet this demand by empowering team members to optimize processes. This includes maintaining current documentation for ISO standards and audits, achieving cost efficiencies, and enhancing our relationships with suppliers.
You will be responsible for:
50% Stock Management - apply Automata’s inventory and order management system for day-to-day order management and management of deliveries, weekly stock counts, maintain service contracts and ERP accuracy;
20% Logistics Management - plan and implement warehouse transfers, transportation, and recording costs;
20% Invoices - timous matching, consolidating, chasing and sharing with finance;
10% Weekly reporting in relation to roles and responsibilities.
What it takes:
Inventory Management: Proficient in inventory control and optimization techniques, familiarity with inventory management systems including Unleashed, or similar.
Logistics Coordination: Experience in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for collaboration with teams and suppliers.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in inventory records and regulatory compliance.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze inventory data and generate actionable insights.
Physically capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds.
