Role Purpose
As a Talent Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring that all hiring activities run smoothly and efficiently. You'll support the entire candidate journey from application to offer, working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. This role provides an excellent foundation for a career in talent acquisition, offering exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process in a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Logistics
- Manage the scheduling of all interviews, coordinating availability between candidates and interviewers
- Set up virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and resources
- Prepare interview packs and evaluation forms for hiring managers
- Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates when required
- Ensure interview rooms or virtual meeting spaces are properly set up
- Track interview status and follow up on outstanding feedback
Candidate Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status
- Create a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and prompt responses
- Collect and process candidate feedback on the recruitment experience
- Assist with candidate rejection communications, ensuring a respectful and professional approach
- Support the onboarding process for successful candidates by coordinating pre-employment checks
Role Kick-Offs & Recruitment Administration
- Support the role kick-off process, gathering necessary information from hiring managers
- Assist with job posting across various platforms and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Monitor application pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Process candidate applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurately filed
- Maintain recruitment data and metrics for reporting purposes
- Support the creation and distribution of offer letters and contracts
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with CV screening based on role requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Help maintain the candidate database and talent pools
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Assist with recruitment marketing activities, including social media content
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar role
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and an internal compass for best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Gmail, Google Calendar, and Sheets
- Experience coordinating multiple calendars and scheduling complex meetings
- Background in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and multitasking
- Experience providing exceptional customer or candidate service
