In this role, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing and updating existing supplier CAD designs in OnShape to meet company standards and prepare them for migration to a PLM tool. Specifically:
Updating supplier CAD designs to workable states, including the required accessories and configurations
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of CAD metadata, including materials and masses
Aligning and developing a supporting instrument database
Migrating designs to the PLM tool
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proficient OnShape user
More than two years’ mechanical design experience
Strong attention to detail
